  6. You're right. Just lost so fast the first 2 weeks and not much after that. Sometimes I've got to remind myself that this is for life and not a short term fix. Thanks and best of luck to you
  7. Not sure if I should be frustrated or not..... I've lost 36lbs since surgery(2/12), but the last 2 weeks have been next to nothing. Exercise has been slow with having 6 knee surgeries in the past. But I don't want that to be an excuse. I don't want any excuses! I have seen a lot of great stories on here and I want to be one of them. I heard males lost more and faster, but I may be an exception. Staying positive no matter what! HW 294; SW 277; CW 241
