Surgery is two weeks away!!! Starting pre op diet today!!!

Same here! Ive been researching for two years. I got denied a year ago. I was approved feb.19...but im beyond excited! Ill be nervous once I get in pre op as well.

I have cigna through my job its different fron the regular cigna. My surgeon works at my job.

I had to go to a consultation with thw surgeon. Then a nutritionist class then one on one with the dietician. The a psych eval. Then I got approved.

I start my pre op diet next monday the 22nd. Ill be 2weeks away. I have to drink 5 protein shakes a day and ill only have 4 cheat days.

I am currently a size 20..I wear a 2xl shirt. 2xl scrubs. My dream size is a 8/10. Top size small or medium. Medium to small scrub.

Im a little nervous! Im mostly excited though!!

We r getting sooo close! My surgery id may 6 ad well. I go to pre op at my surgeons office on april 22 to get my shakes for my liquid diet. Then ill go to pre op a week later at the hospital for labs and a ekg.

Most definitely. We all need someone to help us through all the changes.

U will do fine. I didny have to do a 6month diet. However I had to go to a nutritional class and then meet with the dietician once one on one. Then I had to have a psychological evaluation.
