  1. I hit onederland today!! 63.4 lbs down since surgery August 14th:)
  2. That doesn't sound too bad! Just think, last year instead of eating a bite or two of desert, you would have had a piece of each, I know I would have! I was able to eat a piece of turkey, a couple bites of squash (that my hubby made special for me, no butter no brown sugar), a couple bites of potatoe, and a spoonful of stuffing. Not gonna lie tho, before bed I was able to eat a sliver of pie! Best thing I've eaten since surgery:)
  3. HW 286 SW 262 8/14/13 LW 204.4 Today 202.2 So close I can taste it....199.9 was was goal for the new year so I'm making better progress than I thought I would!
  4. My husband had got Taco Bell for lunch and got these dessert things called Cinnabon melts and I said to him one bite can't hurt. Well only one bite and 15 min later I was really nauseous and then had diarrhea for about an hour. Totally not worth it! I'll never do that again!
  5. Awful...just awful! I didn't think I would be one to dump cause I had surgery 12 weeks ago and it had never happened but boy was I wrong!

  8. My nausea was the worst right after waking up. My pain was the worst right after they took me off of the pain pump. I was miserable. I was all good tho by day 3

  11. You are doing great! Just to answer your question about what to drink, I've been making Luzianne decaf iced tea and adding a little Splenda to it. It's not a sweet as the crystal light or poweraids but it hits the spot

  13. Went into the hospital on Wednesday and came home Friday. Had the pain pump for about 24 hours then was put on oxy codone oral med and also got sent home with a prescription for it. In the hospital I just slept, watched tv, and played on my phone.

  16. It is a tiny plastic rod that has progesterone in it. I have spotting/very light period every month. And it's working cause I got pregnant with both of my girls while on the pill, I've had the implant for 18 mo and no scares! It's so nice not to worry about taking anything daily, weekly, or monthly

  18. I have the Nexplanon implant inserted into my upper arm. I recommend it to anyone who asks. It lasts for 3 years and is a very easy procedure. I don't have any side effects from it and don't have to worry about taking anything daily, weekly or monthly
  19. I am on Nexplanon. It is the birth control implant that goes into your upper arm area. Very simple procedure and will last for 3 years but can come out at anytime. I recommend it to anyone that asks.
  20. I had surgery August 14th and I'm down 16.5 lbs.
