6 days till surgery 4 days to final weigh in two week diet I'm still going strong! But getting tired of the same protein shake

Yes but the surgeon just told me today I can have salad but no meat with my clear liquid. So I was excited

Yes Turning your Protein Shake into a Popsicle was by far the best idea. You can literally sit and eat them I love them! So convient

So I start my two week liquid diet I meet with the surgeon today and I start my WLS YouTube channel! This is gunna be a long two weeks! Turned my protein shakes into Popsicles lol I couldn't bare the taste of them being swallowed!

Compared to others I've seen that looks good!

Did the hospital give you one or brought one? I'm wondering cause my surgery march 6 and trying to figure out if I should but one or wait till my doctor suggest it...

Has any one had one for comfort and for helping with prevention of loose skin after surgery?

Yea my best friend of 13 years said to me " so that means I gotta start working out now so you not smaller then me!" I was appalled and pissed
