  1. I can still eat chocolate. Which I really had dumping worse than what I get. I get sick when I eat bread n any othe doughy food. Thank god.
  2. I eat the Chobani is pretty good.
  3. I am on amoxicilin for an infection. Can I swallow the capsules or do I have to keep taking the powder out of the capsule which taste gross n gags me?

  5. 17 lbs pre op and 50 lbs post op. Total 67 lbs. I feel like I'm losing a little slower that others. But my doctor says I'm doing great and right on schedule.

  8. I had Dr El Chaar too. He is awesome. Also 2 of my friends had him too. You will be fine. It was the best decision I ever made for my health.
  9. I am on St Luke's Barriatric Forum and Obesity Help forum. I just came across this one by accident. I had the RNY on 10/15/12. And feel great n lost a total of 67 lbs so far.
  10. Congrats. You will be happy with your choice. I had the RNY on 10/15/12. N I lost a total of 67 lbs since then. At 1st I had buyers remorse, but when the weight started falling of. Now I'm happy as can be. I can't eat bread n breaded meats like shaken bake chicken, pork chops, etc. U will be fine & figure out what you can and can't eat.
