  2. Wow that's great! Are you working out yet? I want to but at the same time I'm not sure if I should yet. I'm feeling hungry for normal foods because I think I'm getting sick of this liquid diet.
  3. Yeah I weighed 221 before surgery and now I'm 212. It's really hard not to eat the things I was used to eating. This liquid diet is hard. I hope I get moved to puréed food the 29th when I meet with my dietician. How are you doing? Any weight loss for you?

  7. So my surgery was wed morning, and it's now Monday, I haven't had a bowel movement since then. Should I be concerned that's it's almost a week without one?
  8. Wow I was thinking that today too, my surgery was wed and I was discharged yesterday. I've been drinking Protein shakes, chicken broth and fat free pudding, I can't wait to eat solids!!!!!!

  13. After a long process, and being denied from my insurance company, I thought it would never happen for me. After thinking about it for a month I decided to do an appeal. on Christmas when I went to get the mail at my place after spending the break with my family, I came home to the best letter. They approved the surgery. Yay!!!! I had everything all done that when I called the first of this month, my doctors office scheduled me for the 16th. Omg it's next week. I'm really nervous and I don't know many people who have had the surgery. I'm afraid I will forget the things I've learned. Nervous but def excited!
