  3. I am currently taking iron 3x a day. I was anemic before my surgery and now it is lower. I was told this would happen. So do yourself a favor and take your iron, because you don't want to have to get the infusion. You can also up your intake of iron rich foods. This will get your levels up the natural way. Make sure you take a stool softener to keep you regular.
  4. Don that is great. I am 10 months post op and I am at a stand still. I have lost 85 lbs and would like to loose 55 lbs more. I find it hard to get 65 grams of protein in each day. What are you going?
