Thanks so much...I will check all this info out...im still on some days having trouble drinking cold things.Talked to the dietitian today about it she said that i should be over that by now but i may have a sensitive stomach.ill try the protein bars out. is that all u eat in the morining and lunch is half of one? im going to check out pinterest out never thought about seeing if they had anything on there about pro-shakes.. yall have been very helpful...
  4. the worst ive heard is that i took the lazy way out!!!! and thats not true !!!! its still not easy.
  5. I had my surgery on 10/2/12.Since i started my journey i lost 78 pounds, 51 of them are since surgery,27 on the diet before surgery. I have a hard time getting protein in. and the water intake... Im at a stand still and i cant stand it but I feel so much better!!!!!!
