  1. I felt the same way about a girl crunching on some potatoe chips today in class! In my mind I was saying how bad those chips are for her and if she only knew but I secretly wanted some lmao!

I had the WORST back and shoulder pain for the first 2 weeks post op...in fact it was worst then the little pain I had from the surgery itself...and like you I didn't take any pain meds but I'm sure if I did it probably would have helped...but I would go to the doc just in case and for a peace of mind...you'll be okay

  7. oooooh yes!!! everyone else is noticing it but me I got on the scale today and it said 250... I was 294 on dos but I absolutely rufuse to believe that scale is correct...I did not expect to feel like this...I look in the mirror and still see the same 294 pound girl

  9. ground turkey, sun dried tomatoes, onions, garlic powder, italian seasonings, and a little tomatoe sauce but I probably could've have put more...I added rice to the others ones for my family and topped with cheese!

  12. I tried to make stuffed peppers with turkey...it was pretty good even though I only used the pepper as a bowl lol
  13. The only thing I've dumped off of was "rice a roni"(sp) I had two spoonfuls and it made me so sick....but so far I've been able to tolerate everything...I think my tummy is made of steel or something

  15. Don't have answer but I wanted to SCREAM congratulations!!!!!! That is so exciting but I do understand your worries...one thing I prayed this surgery would give me is a baby and Ive been reading a lot about successful pregnancies after WLS...there's one forum on here specifically for that and one young lady had gotten preggers 2 months post op if I'm not mistaken she also had pcos and had healthy twins!!....theres a lot of post on thinnertimesforum.com and obesityhelp.com too a lot of those women have healthy pregnancies also! I pray you have a happy and healthy 9months and I'm so sorry about your little angel....best wishes to you and your growing family

  17. I had surgery on 1-18-13 and was 294 on the DOS and now I'm yoyoing between 255-259 so I've lost about 35-39 pounds
