  1. I would like to blame it on birth control pills but I had it to do with it too! My journey post op never included exercise... First no no! I started snacking on crackers, chips and popcorn. although I drank diet soda, soda is a no no! It will stretch your pouch... Them eating junk becomes regular so in the last year or two I've gained 50-70 pounds.
  2. Hello everyone, I'm new to this page but had my RNY 5 years ago. Unfortunately I've gained most of the weight back. I'm on a mission though to get healthy again. Any advice on getting back on track?. I will be starting over with liquids this week and I've done that before with success but just don't have that fear or willpower like I did post op.
