  1. I actually have never logged my food.. I always keep an idea in my head why I've eaten for the day. I do restrict carbs but, finding at times my sugar crashes :-/ from not eating enough of them. I run 3 miles 5 times a week also.. So I have to eat some carbs.
  2. Hi I'm Barbie I had the Gastric bypass 1 year and 3 months ago.. I have lost 131 pounds I'm down to 151 pounds.. I really would love to loose 20 more and finding myself at a horrible plateau!! Anyone that's this far out or further with suggestions??!!! Please thanks
