I was using the Lose It App. However many more people are using MyFitnessPal, so I switched to it. I log everything :-) Gen :-) 12/15/12

Steps were very inaccurate. I believed that while in the car it was logging steps :-( with steps being off it basically threw everything else off. But after you use yours and watch it to see if you find that it is accurate. Let me know what you think. Maybe I got a bad one. Gen :-) 12/15/12

I had thought about getting that one. I liked the challenges idea. Do you find that it is accurate? I had the fitbit for a week and returned it. Totally inaccurate. Gen :-) 12/15/12

MY surgeon has an endoscope done as a part of his work up for surgery. So I think it's very common. Gen :-) 12/15/12

It was the first time w applesauce. I need to experience or shall I say experiment w more foods too. But it is scary. Applesauce must be too naturally sweet for my body right now. Gen :-) 12/15/12

I ate breakfast and then had some Motts natural applesauce, unsweetened. I do not feel well at all. The applesauce is not settling well :-( Gen :-) 12/15/12

Welcome to the group BlindGUY :-) I also downloaded the app and start today. I have heard another person mention it over on the fitness board. But then I forgot the name :-( So you helped w me not having to look it up again. I was a runner when I was younger, mainly teens. Ran up to 10 miles at a time. But then fell away from running. So hopefully this will work cuz I would love to start running again. Gen :-) 12/15/12

Hi. I had gotten so darn frustrated cuz I put on 6 pounds. It turned out my body wasn't processing the liquids properly and I ended up mildly dehydrated. I had to drink 90oz liquids one day and hit 80-90oz the following. After a couple days I started losing again. I guess my body was retaining the water instead of processing it and getting rid of it. Are you getting all your liquids in and protein? Gen :-) 12/15/12
