I'm new to the forum and I have my surgery in 2 days and never heard of drain and tube .... Oh Em Gee why did you have to have this.

My surgery weight is 216 and I'm concerned I'll lose too much. How much do you want to lose?

It's such a relief to hear everyone is doing good. My surgery is in 3 days ... Registering with the Hospital and doing blood work today.

Cranial... So after day 3 you were off your meds? Wow! Have you been able to get all of your water down by the end of the day?

How long has it been? How much have you lost? Any pain still? Does Water taste funny to you?

RRRMMMAAAOOO ... School is NOW in!

I can't wait... To wrap a normal size bath towel all the way around me and tuck it in. I can't wait... To shop at Forever 21 I can't wait... To run up a flight of stairs without being out of breath. I can't wait... To look at the scale without leaning all the way forward to see what I weigh. I can't wait... To be able to squat down to tie my shoes I can't wait... To be done with my CPAP machine. Going to bed every night looking like Darth Vader is really messig up my sex life. I can't wait... For my surgery on March 21 ... Sooooo freaking excited

Doing the sleep study is actually going to protect you. After the surgery you'll be prone to getting pneumonia and if you have Apnea a CPAP machine will help. Also.. with out all of these appts your insurance company will deny you and make you do it. I did the test too before the sleep study... That's all part of it. Hang in there.. being delayed a month or two is actually the best thing ...
