I finally had my first BM this morning!!! I felt so relieved.Most of my pain is on the right side. My left doestnt really hurt at allIt feels so close to me having gas but every time I try nothing happens its so frustrating. The gas seems to have migrated to my back and I can't get comfortable at all ughhhWell the gas is pretty bad and I've walked a lot tonight.
