  1. I'm so happy I found you guys. I had my October 18 and today is my one month surgiversary. I'm down 24lbs from my beginning weight of 246. I'm so grateful for the progress I made but now I feel like my weight loss is slowing and I'm scared. What if the rest of it doesn't come off, did I fail somewhere?
  2. I had my surgery on October 18, and I was able to lose 22lbs since then. Now I feel like I'm stuck as well. So I get your frustration. Thinking about just going back to liquids for awhile. Idk if this will work or not. Hoping that it will though. I want to be in onderland by the new year.
  3. Hi there. Today is my one month surgerversary. Im down 22lbs but I also feel stuck too.Not sure if its because I'm trying new foods but Im thinking about going back to just liquids for like two weeks to see if that helps. Will also increase my workouts to about 5x per week. Hope this helps.
