I've lost like 6 lbs so far just being on this liquid diet. What did you have to do for your pre op diet?

Yeah and I'm starving LOL. 5 day pre op liquid diet. Glucerna 3x a day.

My surgery is on Dec 4th and I'm wondering if it's possible that I can go back to work on the 17th. Is that to soon? I basically sit at a desk all day, but do have to ability to get up and move around when need be. My first post op appointment is the 14th so I guess I'll know if my doc will allow me to go back. I have my ekg and work up to be done tomorrow and my endoscopy on Monday. If everything comes out okay then my set date is the 5th of December. With that being said I have a planned vacation(cruise) from February 16-23. At 10 wks post op my doctor mentioned I should probably be at soft solids. I'm pretty sure I should be able to find something to eat on the cruise. Any suggestions on what I should be looking to eat at 10 wks? Thanks John
