  2. Yeah I have been doing the google thing as well. It is weird I thought my insides would feel alot different but they don't. It is weird to think I will lose 100 +pounds in the next year.
  3. That is awesome karma I agree not as bad as it seems before I was so worried and then next thing I know I am at home feeling better I donated my scale I thought it might be more fun to see what I weight at each doctor visits.
  4. Good idea karma I moved all my meds and things to the kitchen so I would have to get up and I started a journal to keep track of when to take what it is to hard to keep track of all of it unless I write it down
  5. Thank you I have been trying to get up every hour and walk seems like the pressure on my stomach hurts,more when I walk but I know it must be done. I am hoping to lose my lazy with the fat
  6. to day is my frist day back at home I feel really good but I am wondering how often I should be walking my urge is to rest so that I heal well but I Know it is important to get up and walk any suggestions on how often to walk would be great. I know when to eat that has been all mapped out I wish the did the same with walking
  7. On my way home from hospital everything went really well. I am having a hard time drinking all my drink just because I feel full.

  11. I made it to walk a few times but the gas is not moving out I can tolerate it but annoying. and I am really sleepy doctor said all went well
