  3. Merry Christmas. I'm making steady progress. I need to focus on exercise more but overall I'm not doing too bad. 345 start...currently 296. I'll take it. Hopefully I'll hit the 50lbs mark today.

  16. Thanks for sharing. I'm still on a liquid diet. I hope to avoid the blues as much as possible. I'm trying to keep my eyes on the prize. The prize now is sugar free pudding and fudge-sicles next week!
  17. I'm maintaining with the fluids! So Far, so good.
  18. Oct 15th, cool. You are well into the flow of this thng now. Special note: The first thing I noticed since i've come home is that the bed and chairs at the hospital were uncomfortable...I have not experienced the same discomfort since I've been home...(I was not on the regular recovery floor due to my sleep apnea.) It gave me the impression that the first few days after surgery are rough, but that may not be the case...I'm doing fine now!
