Mt nut made me buy centrium multi and centrium calcium omg there huge there's no way it'll be stck for aure

Um still crushing pills they get stuck on me any ideas if this goes away

Is anyone else still having problems swallowing pills

Does anyone know when its ok to swim or at least go in the pool

Wow that's great. I had mine December 19th. According to ky Dr I should stay on liquids until the end of next week and then start soft foods. But to be honest I started some soft foods. Last night o made a turkey chilli with beans for extra protein. Look online for rny friendly recipes. I also want to the library and took out a whole bunch of healthy cookbooks. I copied down recepies that work for me.

The protein is so hard. The shakes are so gross. I am sipping crystal light all day. I just need more protein. I hope it works. No one said this was going to be easy...lol

I just had that happen to me. I went to the Dr. It was infected. I'm on antibiotics for 1 week. Make sure u go in to see your Dr just in case

ok so i don't know what this is...Has anyone been experiencing a "stich" in their sides since surgery? I have them on both sides and they are painful. Its non stop..

My main support is this forum. I've only told a few people and they don't understand. But what's great is whatever I'm going thru someone else is too. Or someone else has been there. The advice you get is so valuable. And the best part is we are all kind of in this together.

I went to the Dr today. My incisions were infected. So I'm on antibiotics. Today released for pureed foods and I think I ate to much at a family dinner tonight . I've never had this but I have chest pains. It feels caught in my throat. Such a lesson. Never again! It hurts.

Hey everyone I just noticed today my side hurt..I realized that under my sergical stitch looks infected. The des office is closed. I'm going to go in the morning should I do anything in the meantime?

Me too I've gotten a headache everyday since the surgery. It doesn't happen until later in the day but its been everyday.

's a I have periods when I feel the same. I think its gas pain. But heres question I NEVER thought I would ask...When should I expect to be able to go to the bathroom? I can pee but thats all. I even started chewable fiber w/ calcium pills today to try and help things along...

I have a question...where can you get unflavored protein powder? AND does it make your crystal light ect...thick and gross? My premade shakes are so thick!

I am deffinitly still having gas pains. They are unbelievable. Its deffinitly hard to get in protein plus fluids. Today I had hours of feeling good and hours of just pain. Tonight I just feel really uncomfortable and I am still having pains. But I'm so Happy that the surgery part is over I feel bad for "whinning".
