  5. I'd love that!! I go to water aerobics on Monday and Wednesday's at 24 hour fitness. So Tuesday and Thursdays I the eve are good for me and Sat and Sunday mornings are good. I usually walk a couple miles ea weekend morning. Let me know if and when!!
  6. Wow it is a small world!! Who was your surgeon? I had Dr Ludemann on May 17. Where do you work there's not much here!! Lol The Color Run is September 7. It sounds like a lot if fun. I guess the crowd throws paint packets at you!!
  7. I didn't feel full for awhile still dont most if the time. Im going on 8 weeks this Friday. Only when I eat dense meats and over eat. I have over filled and it hurts really bad. I try to only eat one oz of meat cuz it really fills me up.
  8. I'm going to do the 2013 Color Run inSeptember with a bunch of gals from the support group at Kaiser. My first one ever!! They had to talk me into doing it. Stepping out if my fat box!! Yeah!! Excited about it now.
  9. Omg! I live in Donald just up the road from you! Have you had surgery yet? I had my surgery May 17 and I'm doing super good. Lost total if 55 lbs so far. That's pre op and post op.
  10. Hi I'm also 7 weeks post op!! I'm so glad I've had this done!! My surgery date was May 17!! I'm eating all kinds if food again and walking 2-3 miles a day. I do water aerobics two times a week. Oh my total weight loss is 52lbs. I did loose 32 before surgery. I feel great!! No issues!! I signed up to do the 2913 color run, it's a 5k. I'm walking in it with some WLS Peeps from my support group. The crowd throws paint bags at you as you go by!! Should be a blast!! I'm in Wilsonville Oregon! Nice to talk to you!!

  12. I would totally do it again!! I had high blood pressure for years and now it's normal and I still need to loose another 50lbs. I am being retested soon for my sleep apnea!! Yeah!! I can now walk 3 miles no problems. Before walking... Ya right.. Not I go to the gym for water aerobics 2 times a week. I've signed up for the Color Run 5k in my area in September!! Loving my new healthy active lifestyle And I'm not done yet!!! So great!!
  13. Whoops. Surgery weight was 232!!
  14. Start weight was 266 surgery weight 323 (5/17/13) current weight 211.. Yeah!! 21lbs in two months not bad!! . 55 lbs total!! So happy!!
  15. I had surgery May 17 and things are going very well for me. I'm now on regular food now!! Yeah! Almost 7 weeks post op and have lost 20 lbs and 52 lbs total!! Yeah! I'm about half way to what I want to loose. 12 more lbs until I'm under 200 for the first time since I was 16!!
  16. I sent my pcp a email asking about diet pills and she asked me if I wanted to be referred for surgery!! I was so happy as I've wanted this surgery for years!! It all started with her referring me.
  17. I agree too!! They are no big deal. In while your asleep and taken out the next day. Easy peasy
