  1. Thanks everyone for the response. I would just like to say that I feel great. But I feel as if I stopped losing my scales are up and down. It just drives me nuts. Has anyone had this problem I went from 235 to 195 and seems I stopped losing.
  2. Hi my name is Gina I'm from Gastonia North Carolina I had gastric bypass and would like to see if there's any one out there that's had the surgery and how they r doing now?
  3. I had gastric bypass in July on the 9th I have added Biotin and I take a thyroid pill to I haven't had any problems with them getting stuck. I'm so frustrated I feel like I am gaining weight instead of losing from the beginning I weighed 235 and now I weigh 196 but I was weighing 193 so I'm getting frustrated I'm going crazy thinking I'm gaining
  4. They told me never take gummy vitamins except for the Calcium caltrate I think u will be fine with regular vitamins instead of gummys
