  1. Ok honesty time so don't hate on me. If and when I crave sweets like cake or ice cream or candy since these were foods I loved. My taste for them are no longer good. Which I am glad. My pouch lets me know oh hell no we don't want that. Yes I do try but regret and dump it. And then move on not to go there again. I hardly eat potatoes or French fries or any pasta. I will have whole wheat spaghetti but since the 1st of January only twice. I eat veggies love salads and meat and chicken. Fish and shrimp not so much. Where I live you can't get fresh so most is processed. Tonight I had another bowl of my veggie beef soup, but also attempted 1/2 of a red velvet cupcake which was so nasty. Not doing to well. Waiting for the sin to pass or I dump.
  2. So after the soup i fixed and hubs eating it. I was able to freeze 4 small bowls. Cant believe hubs ate the soup with all the veggies and cabbage in it. Lol he may break out in hives today. Lol

  10. Ok so i am sure with the weather changes some of you have gotten colds or sinus problems what are yall taking for it? I have a sore throat and feel sinus pressure. Not sure what to take. I dont like the tylenol products because of the damage it does to your liver. So not sure what to do. Any advice?
  11. Actually i dont worry about sugar free anymore even tho i am a diabetic. Being sugar free is not always good. It is replaced with other chemicals. I just do stuff in moderation and yes its all about taste and texture. And if the pouch rejects it
  12. I made crockpot BBQ ribs. they were so good, had a tablespoon of potatoe salad and 3 tablespoons of baked beans. the ribs were country style no bones, and they were so tender, only ate 2 small pieces. also made an angel food cake that I only put crushed pineapple in its own juice. didnt like it.; got both recipies from pinterest.

  20. I am almost 4 months out and at 3 months I started with gobs of hair in strands falling out. I started taking biotin 5000 mg a month before surgery and still take it. I have been shampooing with Gardina fall out shampoo and conditioner also are my bariactric vitamins that contains all the nutrients it still is falling out. What I don't get is my 60 to 80 grams of protein every day so that might be the reason I am losing my hair. But so far it isn't so thin I have bald spots or thinning that you can see my scalp
