  1. Ok i had to cheat today. Had to go to Fayetteville Ark. Today to take a test for my nail license. And well i passed a Popeyes chicken i hadnt had in a long time. So i got 3 hot and spicy strips and a small dirty rice. Ate 2 strips in the car. 2 hours later ate the last piece and the rice. It was so good. And i passed my test. Woo hoo

Actually hadnt been taking the calcium like i should. Go figure. And i was taking the sub lingual B 12 5000 mgs guess i will take every other day and then when i am out of this bottle i will get the normal 1000 mgs. Anyone else have this? Also my AC1 is 5.5 that is so awesome!! Almost off all my meds. Yay!

  6. Wow what a small world huh? I never was a fan of tomato gravy my son is. Luckily i don't eat gummy rice ( white) i like long grain or brown rice if i eat it. I need to learn how to make pepper sauce. Haven't had it in years. Was on every restaurant table in the south. Lol actually they say hot sauce in any form is good for you also helps in speeding up your metabolism could be why we can all endure spicy foods. I make fresh salsa alot with vine ripe tomatoes. Cant find green tomatoes here to have fried green tomatoes. Another yummy
  7. Yes you can anytime, please bring a case of that pepper sauce with you, lol they don't have it up here in Missouri. I lived in Meridian for 18 yrs and then in Hattiesburg for 2 yrs before being transferred u here with hubs job. I am the only one who eats the collards and peas. Hubs calls it grass clipping. Lol he just doesnt understand. And then around thanksgiving is the only time i can eat turkey necks and rice. Lol

  14. Speaking of teeth I have noticed that I grit my teeth alot now. My MD said it was anxiety so we uped my celexa. She told me to cut back on my B12 cause it was high and my D3 . I only take my iron every other day. But take multi everyday and calcium.
  15. I am also 6 months out. I thought I was gaining and I did gain 5 lbs. I went on a fast of some sorts one weekend. I bought me several good tasting Protein shakes and bars. And that is all I had that weekend with lots of Water. I got back on track and went down 10 lbs. I am a slow loser but I think it's better for your health to lose a little at a time. I don't exercise but I do walk. When I clean my house I have the music turned up loud and I dance withmt vacumn my mop and broom. Of course no one is home when I do this lol. Also I don't eat any type of potatoes. If I eat Pasta it's only whole grain spaghetti . I don't eat processed food hardly at all. Now this doesn't mean I don't eat out because I have had shrimp fried rice with steam broccoli in it. I can make 2 meals out of the container they put it in. I allow myself every 2 weeks some type of soda like dt dr pepper in a small no can. I just got to remember that fat girl wants to eat up everything and be a big ad depressed woman again and I don't want to go back there. I am almost off all my meds and so excited!!! I need to lose 32 more lbs to be in onederland. I hope by November when we go on our cruise I will be at least 180. Good luck to you
