  1. I am just going to try to be really careful of what I eat. I am in too much pain most days to be able to exercise much. I have a bakers cyst behind my knee & I have fibromyalgia. I am praying this helps with a lot of my pain!
  2. Had my first apt today & I think it went pretty well. I go back November 8th for a nutrition class & an apt with one of the Doc's. I need to loose 25lbs prior to surgery. Wish me luck!
  3. Which meds were you on? Right now I am on cymbolta, lyrica, tramadol & flexoril and by evening I can barely walk or move because the pain is so bad. My hope is that with some of the extra weight gone, it wont be as bad & when I get home from work I can actually do things with my kids instead of heading straight for bed.
  4. I am a mom/stepmom to 5 children. I work full time out oh the home. Five years ago I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia. My current weight is 258 and I am starting the process for WLS. I was wondering if there is anyone else out there with fibromyalgia that has had the surgery & how has that helped (or not) with your fibro symptoms.
