  2. I seriously dream about the surgery every night! Weird dreams that I really don't want to get into. I think about the surgery and my heart starts to pound, I wish I had a prescription for Xanax or something, jeeze! At my pre admission testing at the hospital the nurse who came in to talk to me said that day of surgery there is something they can give you to put under your tounge to relax you, but you have to ask for it! I know I will definately be needing it, because I know the calmer you are going in the better you will feel when you wake up.
  3. Hi! I'm new here, not sure how it works exactly, so sorry if I'm doing this wrong. Let's see, I'm 22 and scheduled for a rny on September 13th!!! So soon! I'm do nervous though, I already deal with anxiety and this is not helping! I'm not afraid of what comes after, I'm mostly afraid of surgery! I've never gone under the knife before, I've never broken a bone or a had stitches! Any words or encouragement or advice is welcome!
