my surgery was oct 11th and im down 51 lbs

I made the boost popcicles myself since popcicles go down easier for me

Wow...u look fabulous...i just had my surgery oct 11th and im down 20 lbs already....seeing your pictures just got me sooo excited !!!

Bird....lots of luck with your surgery...im on clear liquids and boost,sugar free popcicles till Tuesday

Hi Dawn...32 oz of clear liquids and 6 oz of atkins a day...a little walking...did u have your surgery yet ?

My surgery was last thursday....im doin really good...some gas pain the day after...at first a little hard to get 32 oz of fluid down but it gets easier every day.... 13 lbs down in 1 week...im so excited !!! Good luck to everyone !!!

Hi !!! I'm new here. It took a year but I finally got my surgery date for October 11th...I've been checkin out this site for a while now and everyone is so nice and I'm looking forward to being a part of it and meeting everyone....I'm sure ill be needing some advice
