  7. I am trying to finish up all the details and will be emailing everyone hopefully within this next week. I want to try to start in December.
  8. I'm glad your feeling better. I drank some powerade zero and am doing better. )
  9. Dr nurse says it doesn't sound like anything surgery related. More like a virus.
  10. No, not on any meds except our vitamins. I think I'm going to have to call. Everything has been going so well, I don't want to think something is wrong now.....
  11. Ok guys, so I am three weeks out now and for the past few days I have been feeling off. Kind of dizzy but not real dizzy. I know it does make sense but that is the only way I can describe it. I've been really tired also. im not nauseated or anything. i get all my water and protein in. I was wanting to know if this is happening to anyone else.
  12. For those of us with October dates, when was your surgery and what have you lost to date? 10/15 33lbs lost!
  13. Just a random question, did anyone slip up and try some Halloween candy?? Or was even able to eat any?
  14. I'm glad that you are doing well. If you always have something with you to drink you should be ok on water. Unjury makes an unflavored protein powder that is super easy to mix in anything you are eating. Now you have to work on your brain, instead of going to food, you are going to have to find a different outlet. That can be anything, sewing, scrap booking, walking, anything! The surgery was a tool for us, now it is up to us to reroute our way of thinking. Now instead of eating when I feel sad, I grab the dogs and family and we go for a walk. So stones I just play a silly game on my iPad to pass the time if I'm thinking about a piece of chocolate cake. Hope this helps! It will get better, I promise!!
  15. Thanks guys! I woke up this morning with just a little pain but it does seem to be going away. Note to self, no bending and staying that way for to long on the left side!!
  16. I had surgery on the 15th. I haven't had any problems at all. Tonight, I was bent over on my left side to fix the dryer vent and when I got back up I had sharp pain in the left side. Wondering if this is normal??
  17. Good for you!! You will love the new you!
  18. That's no good!! Keep us updated! Praying for ya.
