  1. It does seem like forever when your starting out your 6 month weigh ins but it really does go by really fast. Take this time to educate yourself as much as you can. I'm glad that I had the time to mentally prepare myself. I'll be having my surgery in a few weeks. I hope that I have enough education about what to expect. I couldnt wait in the beginning for the 6 months to go by. Now there gone and I can't front I'm kinda nervous.
  2. I'm not required to do one but I'm thinking it wouldn't hurt to try out some protein shakes for later and see what I like. I would be sticking to a pre op like glue if I spent that much on it!
  3. Is anyone else on the thread not doing the pre op diet ?
  4. I'm going in on Sept. 10 I am super excited and happy to see that there is a lot of support on here.
