You're right we pretty much have same stats I don't want to lose any boobs because they were small to begin with lol but my thighs and booty can shrink lol excited to see more results I don't feel like I'm getting smaller at all tho :/ how are you feeling pain wise ?

So everyone I am 10days postoperative had surgery on August 6 2013 on that morning I weighed 302 lbs as of today I weight 286!! Omg

Does everyone have to have a c section after having weight loss surgery I've heard conflicting things about this but just curious if its possible to have a vaginal birth after

Thanks so much for input I have a paper from what they gave me postoperative and the papers says protein drinks with 20gram to 30grams of protein so I got these premade ones till I get to the gnc store near my house to buy the isopure because that's what my surgeon and nut say are good ones they gave me a list of others but cannot find it anywhere :/ but I like the sound of the orange cream flavor mixing these I have been very regular since my surgery had bm the next morning after surgery anyways I will look into all of these thanks so much again.

hey everyone i am like 4 days post op the duodenal Switch there isnt much support groups out there for this because there arent alot of people who get the duodenal switches but its very similar to the RNY anyways i was just curious what premade protein drinks can i drink? i need to go to the store today and get some for these next 4 weeks that im on my stage 1 (full liquids) diet. i have to drink 2 of them day between my breakfast and lunch and between my lunch and dinner... i should have asked the surgeon but i was so set on going home yesterday Friday that i forgot to ask any questions about what i can get until i can order some from off line... Also wondering a good website that has protein shakes that i can order from... Ive heard of protein powder that has no flavor and also heard of one thats like a cheese soup or something/? i have lost all the posts on here that tell you this. id would definitely appreciate it if someone or a few someones could let me know any of this!!! THANKS ALL. AND PLZ NO BAD COMMENTS ABOUT THE SURGERY I CHOSE. THANKS AGAIN

Becky it probably is gas pain!! Walk walk walk! It my be painful as hell I know this but it will help trust me I've had (may be tmi) already 4 bms since I been walking more the last 2 days... Helped relieve most my pain except pain on left side where most the incisions were done !!

I'm sore had the DS and won't get home till Friday!!

I'm also an August 6th have to be at hospital at 6 am and surgery scheduled for 8 am I'm excited haven't really been nervous I'm scared that I'm going to wake up and told that they couldn't do the surgery that's my fear otherwise I'm good to go with no nerves good luck eveyone!!

Woohoo it's almost time for August 6ers to have their day!! It's 845pm nearly here in Arizona and I'm excited hopefully ill beable to sleep tonight lol did my hibiclense tonight how many others have to use this? It's a soap (well liquid lol) you wash your stomach with ? I have to do it again in the am. Be at hospital at 6am and I'm the first scheduled person for surgery at 8am cannot wait I'm excited for us all!!

Yeah my day 1 headache was bad but not rly bad day 3was the worst but today I screwed up... Just Gna stay away from kitchen unless I'm getting my shakes and my water and juice lol ill get it all at once ahh it is hard tho

I feel so guilty today I have eaten a small piece of chicken and should have not but I did... Onto tomorrow I know it wasn't the worst decision but I was doing so well not eating anything and sticking to my preop diet ... 10 more days and then surgery so I won't eat another thing again... I just hope this doesn't screw anything up for me... it's been tough living with my family and them eating food right under my nose is like torture and makes me uncomfortable..... And my sister said today she's sooooo hungry and starving and I laughed and said ur hungry and she got all (excuse my French) BITCHY and said you're the one who decided to do surgery... Might I mind you she's my size maybe even bigger and she's shorter I weigh about 305 right now so it's like you're same weight always saying how I'm Gna be skinny and you're still Gna be fat and you're being rude to me... I always tell her to do something about it if she feels that wy... And she gets all kinds of rude and mad when I tell her that... Ahh sorry for rambling and venting i just hungry and feel so guilty for eating a small piece of chicken ahhhhh today has been rough

Awesome I'm on day 3 of my diet get bad headaches at night and hungry but I can't wait time is going by fast ahh I can't wait!! How are you all holding up?

So I started my liquid diet yesterday and surgery is August 6th I'm excited but I'm super hungry lol just looking for support through the next 2 weeks cause surgery is coming soon I'm soo excited anyone else in the diet preop and surgery around same day as me? :)would love to talk to someone to get through this it's hard already...

Got the call today and I'm approved!! Waiting for scheduling and I will be on my way to the skinny me I'm excited beyond beliefe!! And wasn't long submitted to insurance last Thursday only took 7days to find out yaya!
