I lost fast for the first week then there was 6 days I Loss nothing so I increased my protein and carbs a little an it has been slow and not steady at all this week I lost 5 and the same as last week. But the body says I'm starving and is trying to hold on to what it has I also increased my water which is a battle . So know your not the only one. It will start again. In total I've lost 33 lbs surgery was nov 6

  6. In my way to the hospital I cried. I was worried the worse was going to happen and I was worried about the kids and how I could be so selfish. I realize once I was sitting there waiting to get my VI that I wasn't I wanted to have a better quality if life and actually live life and love it. You will be fine. We all get scared. Have faith in your doctor and god and you will come out a loser . Can't wait to see your message I'm a loser and in a few weeks you saying I love my RNY.   10. Welcome to the bench. The gas pain is a bummer. I had bad gas pain and I could not burp or pass it the other end until a few dats at home and then I was like thank god what a relief.   16. I was lactose intolerant before surgery and after I can have them with no issues the same with before I had to have all gluten free stuff as well again I'm good with it. You might be as well maybe not who knows. Congrats in moving forward . Sent from my iPhone using RNYTalk
