So I still can't get no one at my surgeons office my patient advocate goes straight to voicemail all week, I called my insurance company and they saying my case is on hold waiting on a decision and they told me to call my surgeon office and tell them to call in cause they have a line that only doctors call and get detailed info and I told they my doctors office don't communicate with me and they was like sorry you have to try to get thru to you surgeons office cause they have detailed information, wow this is crazy all I can do is wait on them to call me when they get ready I guess smh

It's 3and a half hours away I call about 3 time a day for the last 2 weeks and no one is returning my calls

Well I was under the impression that I was approved but I was wrong. The reason I thought I was approved because I called my insurance company 3weeks ago and I spoke to someone and they said I was approved so I was excited. So I've been calling my doctors office to see why haven't they contacted me to start my diet or to give me a date but I haven't got any response from they I leave messages everyday but nothing, so any way I called my insurance company bac and they tell me my case is on hold and I'm like what? Someone told me that I was approved but do anyone know what on hold means

No I don't have a pre-appointment yet and I was approved I found out from my insurance company 3weeks ago not the doctors office and I'm still waiting to here from the doctors office

I'm just trying calculate how many more appointments is after the pre-op diet cause I live 3 and a half hours from the hospital

I will be praying for you Darling I know all to well about verbal and physical abuse from my husband but one thing I do know is you will get tired and put your foot down eventually, I put my husband in jail and put him out and cut off all communication and when he did see me again he was ready to change and go to counseling and everything else. I'm not saying our situation is the same but we both abusive insecure husbands. As long as they know something bother you they keep doing it when you should them that you don't care they stop at least my husband did

Hello everyone, can anyone tell me how can I go about changing doctors because I was approved 3weeks ago and I didn't found out about it from my surgeons office I found out from my insurance company I have called my patient advocate and I can never get her on the phone and she never return my messages I just want to know what's going on but I get no answers I mean I'm support to be happy about my approval not worried about if theythey forgot about mei just feel like i want to change doctors officesgone
