  5. Mbrock so sorry you are going through all of this.. I thank you for sharing your story. I hope you get better and I wish you the best. Everyone should know the truth that WLS is not without complications and it is not for everyone. Thanks again for sharing.
  6. Thanks everyone! I am so happy I found this group! I am going shopping today and now that I know what to get it will be easier.
  7. Thanks to you both! I go to the store and I really just wander around not really knowing what I should have on hand when the cravings start but you both have given me some great ideals of what I need to get. I feel better having some sort of plan when the craving starts again! Luvlife we are close in surgery dates I am glad you are doing good! Keep it up!
  8. Luvlife thanks for the advise. I am going to try the cucumber and string cheese. It is getting harder for me now then it was. I do not want to fail at this it is too important.
  9. I had my surgery on 7/31/12 and I have lost about 40 lbs. Today has been rough for me. I feel like I am starting to crave junk food again and at lunch I ate CHIPS and salsa at Applebee's I also had some chicken breast. Why am I starting to crave junk again? I need help because I am wanting to start snacking and grazing and I know that is not going to get me anywhere..ugh. Any advice will be appreciated. Thanks.

  17. I miss nacho bell grande and mt dew from taco bell. But I don't miss the weight I have lost and that is worth giving up nachos.
  18. Hi everyone! So glad I found this forum. I am 40 yrs old and had RNY on 7/31/12. I have lost 19 lbs as of my two week post op check. I have found that this is harder then I expected but very rewarding also! I have struggled with weight issues since I was a teen and I feel like I have been given a new lease on life. So even though I have good and bad days I look forward to the journey!
