  2. Thanks! I have been doing alot of research and attending the support groups making sure I take in all the information and tips I can .. I'm the mom of 3 ( 11-10-6) so weighing on ay 362 was not an option anymore.. have found the only excersice that I was able to do was walking.. and at my starting weight it was painful... Now 5 months into it I'm walking 4 miles a day and have dropped 30lbs (as of last Wednesday) and am super excited for the surgery so I can so things with my kids.... Kayaking is one of the things Im looking forward to.. that and fitting on the rides at Santa's Village with my kids...instead of watching them go on with my husband Sent from my ANDROID RHYME using RNYTalk
  3. Found this app on my phone the other day and knew I had to download it... I started my journey to a healthier me back in January... As of last Wednesday I am @ my commitment weight.. down 30lbs and eagerly looking forward to meeting with my surgeon on August 8,2012.... I have to attend a lifestyles class prior to my surgery.. has anyone else had to go to one of these classes? Any advice anyone can offer about surgery and recovery would be great...
