  6. My friend was telling me about this app called tribe sports (www.tribesports.com) they also have phone apps. I work out nearly every day and do yoga classes twice a week. So this was a nice little add on they have thousands of challenges and you choose the ones you want to try and you have friends encouraging you on your challenge. Like the first one I did was 10 push ups a day for 7 days. They have all kinds and it's free hope you guys enjoy!
  7. I eat bananas every day atleast one a day and it made the leg cramps and tingling go away and I'm 6 months post op. I notice a big difference if I don't eat a banana.
  8. I put 10 giant trash bags full of cloths in donation bins for Africa. Wasnt even thinking that they won't fit anyone over there. Maybe they'll make stuff with the material. The sizes were 24 to 16 and 4x to 1x even shoes. I was so excited to get rid of them it just didn't set in I guess. I did keep two fav jeans as memory of how big I got.
  9. Looking good woman, keep it up!
