Can you keep track of water intake on my fitness pal?

For those that are newly post-op, Were any of you throwing up after the anesthesia? My sister had the sleeve and was so sick after surgery both in the hospital and home throwing up for the first few days. I am so afriad of this. Anyone have this issue?

I'm required to take 2 chewable multivitamins per day and 2 caramel chewable calcium citrate with D. I got mine both at GNC and CVS.

How are you feeling?

I've told everyone too, for the most part. Family, friends, co-workers, classmates. I've not received one negative comment from those I've told...at least not to my face hahaha. I've got nothing to hide with this surgery

Your hair is going to fall out regardless....it's from rapid weight loss, changes in the body and all that fun stuff. I've always had hair loss due to anemia so I have been on biotin for years and it doesnt help. Only thing that really helps I hear is taking all your vitamins and protein!

We have a big group getting surgery this upcoming week! How's everyone feeling?

Going through many emotions as well especially being on day 11 of the 2 week liquid diet. I've noticed since being on this liquid diet that society places such a huge emphasis on food....it's everywhere oncommercials, radio, available when you're bored, sad, happy or celebrating...it's just everywhere. I am feeling no regrets about my decision....but I do wish I would have realized how hard it was going to be saying goodbye to mounds of delicious junk food.
