  1. I know I think I might throw mine away! It's too much pressure for me.
  2. Today was not a good day! We had a food day at work... Pizza, pasta, mayo filled pastas, cookies, cakes...ect I didn't really feel like I wanted to eat all of that It just sucks that I can't. I wish it didnt take so much work and will power on my part! Wouldn't it be great if I just woke up skinny?
  3. I had my surgery on June 13. I immediately lost 20 lbs in the 1st 2 weeks. Then nothing. The weight then just fell off. I began to think that the surgery didn't work and I would be the exception for weight loss. Well I stopped weighing myself for the past week so that I'm not so disappointed! Well this morning I weighed in and I've lost 25 lbs in less then one month! I am so happy! Next week I am going to a Zumba class for the 1st time and I am stoked! Before I would be dreading it! I'm ready for my new life! Starting weight 278 Day of surgery 270 Today 245
  4. I did get a list of things I can eat. But I feel like I could handle eating more things like salad! I have an appt with the dr in a couple weeks so I will ask then!
