  1. Thanks guys!
  2. So I got my EKG, echocardiogram and stress test done today. Doc says heart is strong but enlarged possibly due to long-term excess sodium intake. The stress test kinda bummed me out. I was pumped like "ok no big deal, it's just walking on a treadmill" and OMG! It felt like they wanted to kill me! LoL *EvilTreadmill* after 2 mins, my legs were burning and my heart rate jumped from 76 to 158 in no time :-( so he says that my heart skipped beats and now I need a nuclear stress test :-( I'm so disappointed in myself and feel like I did something wrong. I felt embarrassed and just wanted to say forget it all. Hubby is a slim man and has always been so trying to explain how I felt to him was like talking to a wall. Don't mean to complain...just wanted to share my thoughts
  3. I went 2 weeks ago and found out that my ins requires 3 months b4 I can submit surgery approval. I'm so excited. I took 2 weeks of soup searching after the appt to decide it this was what I really want to do. I decided that I'm going to do it and tomorrow I start getting referrals for all the tests and specialist. The questions i asked the doctor was 1. How long he has been doing surgeries. 2. Does he do it openly or laparoscopically? 3. What was his mortality rate? 4. What was the most common complication? 5. How much support did he provide after the surgery?
