I actually like them. The costco here has vanilla and chocolate. They also sell strawberry on the premier nutrition website. Id get 2 of the 18 packs about every 2 weeks when I was doing 2 shakes a day. My nutritionalist recommended them. Sometimes I add a little Peanut Butter to the chocolate ones.

My dr said 60 grams of protein and 64 ounces of Water. I drink the premier nutrition Protein shakes and they have 30 grams per shake. I get them from costco but sam's carries them as well.- Shocked
Great job big don!- Progress!
Congratulations! You look so great.- Not Enough Protein
I drink these daily. Love them.- Not Enough Protein
I've tried the pure Protein Bars and they are ok. Im getting used to them. I prefer the premade shakes. chicken breast has a good bit of protein about 25 grams for about 3-4 ounces. eggs, deli turkey and ham have about 9 grams a serving. Skim milk, cheese seafood.- Not Enough Protein

Did your stall break when you increased calories? I've been stalled two weeks and get around 800 calories on average. Dr office encourages 800-1000 but I have trouble getting that.- Before And After
You look great!- Got My Surgery Date!
Congrats!!- How Much Am I Expected To Lose
I'm only 5'3.5" but my preop weight was 259. Im 37 and had surgery on July 3. So far I'm at 232. So in 7.5 weeks I have lost 27 lbs. I get at least my 60 grams of Protein and 64 oz Water daily. I also exercise 4-5 days a week. I find my weight loss is on the slow side. Hope this helps.- New To The Group
I'm not losing fast. Im 7.5 weeks post op and have lost 25 lbs so far. I hope it picks up.- Waiting Is Exhausting When You're Already Ready
I had to do the 6 month diet as well. Started last November with the process. Had my surgery on my birthday July 3. It will be so worth it once youre done.- Update
