I can bet is going to get ruff no solid food just liquids for ten days. But almost to the surgury date the begins a new chapter to the healthy me. Going to be hard with my little girl not knowing I can not have certain thing and come up going daddy do u want some and me haveing to tell her no. The look on her face this morning over ceral was like I just shoot her.

Hello every one I have been reading this suite. I am 40 and well 370 lds I start my liquid diet Sunday to have surgery on the 11 July. I am looking forward to haveing to turn a new page and get healthy for kids and grand kids.
