  5. Congrats!! It feels good!
  6. I am 7 weeks post op lap RNY and feel like a failure already. Although I lost 56 pounds and have another 55 to get to goal, I have been unable to drink the required fluids and barely get in enough Protein. I know i am probably muscle wasting now, which defeats the whole process! I developed a stricture at 4 weeks that had to be dilated twice, and had an incision infection that was cut and drained last week. I feel like I am regressing instead of progressing! Any ideas on this protein and Water issue? I have spent hundreds in different protein powders and shakes and they alm make me vomit! I cant eat a meal three times a day, i just take a bye or two if food when i can throughout the day. I do take my Vitamins daily. I havent even started exercising yet and feel guilty!!! Any one going through yhis? Any suggestions?
