  1. What is PB'ing? I'm getting the band on Friday, August 3rd. It doesn't sound fun.
  2. I'm scheduled for my band to be placed on 8/3/2007. I'm seeing a lot of posts that people are on pre-op diets. My surgeon only suggests nothing by mouth after midnight the night prior to surgery. Does this sound correct? He's only been doing bands for about 10 months. If I need to skip some meals, I'd rather do that than be sorry. Any suggestions????
  3. do the numbers below you indicate your starting weight, middle, and current? I'm new to this site
  4. Were you very satisfied with Dr. Spivak? My friend was banded by him about a month ago. I live in Georgia and am considering coming out there if my insurance company gives me any problem. I'm so glad that you posted this post, because i cannot stand fish. I know that it needs to be part of my diet, so I'm going to give this a try!
