  1. Thanks for some of the ideas. I have been trying to get protein with every meal, but I am thinking I should back off of it and just get through the liquid stage and have jello or non protein soup and maybe try Isopure. My doctor won't let me have cream of wheat, cottage cheese, ricotta, or yogurt until my 3rd week.
  2. HI Everyone. I am in need of some help trying to figure out liquids I can eat. I have been eating the protein soups and trying to choke down the protein shakes but I am sick of it all and am in need of help figuring out other liquids to have for week 2. Please help!!
