I am almost a year out early on I ate 6 to 800 cals a day. Are you tracking protein? Fluids? I have done fairly well . My stats are SW 344 CW 204.2 I am 5 11 surgery date is August 20 2013

I had the same fears! Now 11 months out and 136 pounds down and only 18 from goal I am jacked up! Lovin my sleeve! Just follow the program it works!

212.0 just a loss of .8 but I will take it. It is still a loss kind of puts me behind on goal. This was not a stall it was getting off plan last weekend.

Last Monday 215.6 This Monday 212.8 wow 2.8 in a week it has been a long time since I have lost 2 pounds in a week! Don't know if I ever lost 3 pretty awesome! Lovin my sleeve 131 down 23 to go!!!
