  1. Currently I am using Body Fortress Whey Protein shake it has 30g of protein which I like, but it has 170 calories per serving and thats before adding skim milk. Are there alternative protein drinks with less calories but near the same protein? I have to keep my daily calorie intake of 600 and sometimes its hard to do. Thanks.

  3. Well I did it. I had my vertical sleeve surgery! No pain, very little discomfort other than the J tube and as soon as my doc removed it even that discomfort ended. I was preparing myself for tons of pain and the fear of throwing up and I am happy to say I had none. No pain meds after I was discharged from the hospital. I was really nervous for my 2 week post op appointment I didnt know what to expect. But to my surprise I had lost 21% of my excess body weight already. I am hopeful for the near future.
