  1. My Doctor demands you to stop smoking and give up pop but this might be why he is the best around!!!
  2. My doctor said No Muscle Milk Mix your Protein Shakes with 8 oz of Skim Milk
  3. I'm on day 9 of 14 and could have broth, cream soups, sugar free pudding, jello, Popsicles and yogurt along with my Protein Shakes and Crystal Light I lost 7 lbs in 5 of these days
  4. Depending on what your doctor allows I was able to have broth, cream soups, sugar free Popsicles and jello
  5. I'm in Michigan just over the Indiana border I will check around and let ya know
  6. My surgery is the 7th and I'm doing a 2 wk liquid diet pre op. I've lost 7 lbs the last week and also 23 lbs since I started this process 6 months ago....I'm getting nervous as the date gets closer!
  7. In the process of my preop phase and wondered if anyone else has had or having surgery (Celiac Disease)???
  8. My Sleeve is scheduled for Oct 7th....I had to start with all liquids and protein shakes the first five days. On day 6 I have to have 3 Impact Advance Recovery drinks along with liquids (broth, sf jello, sf Popsicles, sf pudding, Crystal Light and water). Anyone else getting surgery on the 7th?
