I have two friends that both lost over 150 pounds rapidly. One friend, the older one by 10 years has no excess skin. My other friend is having a hard hard time with the extra skin and has been diligent at the gym since she started her journey.Got my shopping list ready!The most ridiculous diet that reeled me in was a white rice and banana diet.
