  1. This third week stall is sooo frustrating. I was 242 on surgery date 10/14 and have been stuck at 226 for 5 days. I'm following the rules and exercising for 30 mins per day. I've lost 11.5 inches and my clothes fit a lot looser now. I am also drinking the water. Can't wait for this to get moving again! Glad you started this thread!!
  2. I am so glad to be reminded that we are not alone in this journey if we don't want to be. I have been stuck at 226 (down from 242 on 10/14 surgery date) and starting to wonder what I have done wrong. Glad to hear it is probably just my system adjusting to the shock of a whole new way of life. Does the PB2 powder taste like peanut butter or is it more of a neutral protein taste?
  3. I was sleeved on 10/14. I had no complications aside from the itching from the adhesive. Then the itching spread and I think I've developed an allergy to Whey Protein. I'm taking Benadryl and switched to Jay Robb Egg White protein. I weighed 242.2 on the day of surgery and weigh 226.2 today. I am walking at 2-2.5 mph for 20-25 minutes per day. I haven't lost anything in three days and it is discouraging, but trying to be patient and positive!
