Phenergran is an anti-nasuea medicine. It come in liquid, pills and suppositories. I keep phenegran and zofran on hand. I am sick now and have been since June (not band related) and have been on zofran for 23 days. It is expensive but works well. Our anniversary is here, how is everyone doing? I figured this would get to everyone that checked in here and signed up for email notification. ~Mandy

I am totally happy with my band. I have gone from a 22-24 to a 12 in just under a year. The only problem that I have had is my gall bladder and it was bad pre-banding but not bad enough to remove. I am so glad that everyone is doing so good. I wish that everyone on the list would check back in. ~Mandy

Macaroni Grill is there, they are really good and have this really good dish called skinny chicken that is grilled chicken with a balsamic sauce served with spinich...yummmmm~Mandy

It's a great hospital isn't it? I also had my gallbladder out there and they treated me great. All of my fills are under flouro at the hospital and the whole staff there is wonderful, they are a top 100 hospital. Also, the whole hospital staff just raves about Dr. Lahmann. He is young and really sweet. ~Mandy

I see Dr. Lahmann at Silver Cross Hospital in Joliet. If you want more info, PM me and I can get his number and more information for you. They offer a free seminar every wed night at 6, arrive at 5:45 at the hospital. I love the staff there, they are the best. ~Mandy

Oh, I love Anne Curry, she is very down to Earth, we met her at a big Chicago bash and she was great. We asked her to take a picture with our daughter (expecting her to stand next to one of us and pose) she reaches over and takes my daughter and gives her the biggest smile. She was soooo nice. ~Mandy

My problem with the whole thing is that she WROTE a book and it was supposed to be a tell all about her weight loss. How many women bought that book hoping that this would be their saving grace? The chance for them to also lose weight and look as thin as Star? I know I tried Oprahs diet and failed, how many women were decieved by the ads for the book as a tell all? If she had surgery I respect her privacy but don't try to sell a book that is a "tell all" that really tells nothing. ~Mandy

We do Disney and love it, but it's not for everyone. My parents just did a cruise in the Bahamas and had a blast, it was on Carnival I believe. Whereever you decide I hope you have a blast~Mandy
