Hope you're not fretting too much about trying to lose that last 18 pounds you have listed on your "ticker" thingy. We're the same height, and my BMI is 37 now. Eek. Thanks again.
  2. Hi, all, I am looking into getting lap band surgery done. I'm tired of being overweight -- okay, I'm obese (hate that word!!) Health problems seem to be in my future if I don't do something. I love reading all your stories and struggles. Thanks for sharing! My question is, has anyone had the surgery done that lives in Chicago or the immediate area? I would like to talk to a doctor.
