I'm 7 months out and had mine out 3 weeks ago- feel much much better

Start weight 171. Goal. 165

Didn't make it 171- has gallbladder surgery 2 weeks ago. Didn't gain either Look out 4th!,,

I'm in Bea, thanks again and again for all your efforts. Maybe I'll make this one

172 same as last week - not going to make it 4 lbs away

I was and still am afraid of shopping- gone from 20-22 to a 10-12 and I want to cry every time I go in a store I am overwhelmed

I find boredom is really being anxious about something or someone in my circle. I really have to stay conscious of it

Hi I'm new, no sleeve yet waiting for a date. Being sleeved in buffalo but I am Canadian . I am a recent widow - married for 30 great years/53 yrs old. I am a realtor need some encouragement as I doing this all by my lonesome but very excited .
